Unlike traditional full-service catering, Freddy's provides drop-off or pick-up service only. They do not provide on-site servers, chafing dishes, or buffet heat lamps. You will be responsible for setting up the food line for your guests!

While the Gluten-Sensitive Lettuce Wrap is available, Freddy's kitchens are not allergen-free. Cross-contamination can occur. If someone in your group has a severe celiac condition or nut allergy, fast-food catering poses a risk.
Catering packages are rigid. You cannot swap a Grilled Chicken Club into a Standard Burger Bar. You must purchase the Burger Bar and add the Chicken Club as a separate bagged lunch.
If you log into your Freddy's Rewards account to place a catering order, you will earn points for the purchase. However, you currently cannot redeem existing points to discount a catering order.
